Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall organisation’s reputation for cleanliness and professionalism.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to high standards
  • Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed
  • Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and report any repairs or replacements required
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any issues encountered

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
  • Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with team members
  • Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between multiple sites if required
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients or visitors
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
