We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Clubhouse Bar Shift Leader to support the Clubhouse Supervisor and Bar Manager in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the bar, leading by example to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for opening and closing the bar, ensuring procedures are followed and standards are maintained
  • Provide excellent service to all members and guests, handling requests with care and professionalism.
  • Support the Supervisor and Bar Manager by encouraging upselling within the team and assisting in managing operating costs.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Set up and maintain food and beverage service areas to the highest standards.
  • Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Assist in setting up and supervising events and functions held at the clubhouse.

  • Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, lead, and motivate a team.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Good knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
