Full job description

We are looking to add a HR Coordinator to our Central Team, reporting into the HR Business Partner for Central, you will provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Central Aspris colleagues as well as the wider HR teams across Care and education.


The role?

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to Central HR queries (via email/telephone), directing other queries to the relevant department or team and escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete administrative HR related processes such as Ex Gratia and Refer a Friend.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and trackers in line with company processes and regulatory requirements, supporting HR Advisors as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date template letters, documents, and manager guidance tools. Provide administration support for disclosures made via the Whistleblowing phone line or inbox, ensuring they are logged and managed as per agreed processes, and reports are produced.
  • Support with tracking and updating Aspris IGNITE Ambassadors and provide administration support for the IGNITE life cycle throughout the year.
  • Assist HR Advisors (Education) with non-complex employee relations cases such as absence management, flexible working, driving offence investigations, and probation tracking.
