Candidate Resourcer

At Caspian One, we’re preparing for our next wave of hiring and are looking to connect with future Candidate Resourcers who are passionate about people and excited to help shape the future of FinTech.

We’re a Bournemouth-based technical services company renowned for solving complex, technology-driven challenges across the financial services sector, and were growing fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with candidates daily to understand their skills, motivations, and career aspirations
  • Building strong candidate networks through calls, referrals, and digital sourcing
  • Matching top talent to some of the best opportunities across Fintech
  • Supporting consultants with high-quality candidate pipelines for live roles
  • Learning the full recruitment lifecycle with a path carved to grow into a Consultant role

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment
