Job description
Are you passionate about supporting people and creating a positive workplace culture? Do you enjoy working on projects that improve wellbeing, engagement, and development? We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our People Team and help us deliver initiatives that make a real difference to colleagues across the organisation.

This internship will run from Monday 15th June to Friday 4th September and will be located at our head office in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire.

What You'll Do:
  • Support preparations for Local Government Reorganisation, ensuring smooth transitions for staff.
  • Assist with learning and development projects, helping colleagues grow and thrive.
  • Contribute to staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives that promote a positive culture.
  • Help maintain accurate records and manage data to support HR processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure our values are reflected in everything we do.
