Mobile Chiller / Industrial Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Oxford
Salary: Up to £50,000*
Hours: Monday to Friday (45 hours per week, including 30-minute paid lunch break)

CTR are currently recruiting for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join a busy and varied mobile role supporting clients across Oxford and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mechanical and electrical servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of Chiller and Rooftop equipment (e.g. compressors, driers, EXVs, TEVs, control panels)
  • Attend client sites for both reactive repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to specification

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HVAC or industrial refrigeration service and maintenance
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration
  • F-Gas Category 1 Certification
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be able to pass a DBS check.
