Air Conditioning Engineer
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

Role Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading national M&E contractor, supporting long-term service and maintenance contracts within the housing sector — covering both private and social housing properties.

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer with strong diagnostic and servicing expertise. Your main responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring first-class service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This is a field-based role where the AC Engineer will use their strong technical knowledge and fault-finding skills to work independently across a variety of domestic and residential sites.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in air conditioning, mechanical, or maintenance engineering
  • Strong technical, diagnostic, and fault-finding skills
  • Relevant air conditioning trade-related qualifications (FGAS, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
