Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Brand Designer to lead the development and evolution of our core brand and key product lines. You will play a critical role in translating brand strategy into a cohesive, scalable, and high-quality visual identity system across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, optimisation, and evolution of the company’s core brand and key product brand visual systems
  • Own the design, iteration, and ongoing optimisation of the brand logo and full VI (Visual Identity) system
  • Build, document, and maintain a consistent brand visual language, including colour palettes, typography, graphic elements, and layout principles
  • Translate brand strategy and values into clear, systematic, and executable visual expressions
  • Deliver brand-level visual design across multiple channels and scenarios, ensuring consistency and coherence
  • Manage and maintain brand visual assets, and review internal and external design outputs to ensure brand quality and alignment
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual communications adhere to established brand guidelines

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand design or visual design, with proven experience delivering complete brand VI systems or brand refresh projects
  • Strong brand awareness and systematic thinking, with the ability to design from a long-term brand equity perspective
  • Ability to accurately interpret brand strategy and convert it into stable, reusable, and scalable visual systems
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality

Nice to Have

  • Experience in platform-based, content-driven, entertainment, or internet companies
  • Experience managing multiple brands or sub-brand visual systems
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and brand thinking

负责品牌层级的对外视觉设计,确保多渠道、多场景下的视觉统一性

管理品牌视觉资产,对内外部设计产出进行视觉审核与把控

任职要求

3–5 年及以上品牌设计或视觉设计经验,有完整品牌 VI 或品牌升级项目经验

具备成熟的品牌意识与系统思维,能从长期品牌资产角度进行设计

能准确理解品牌策略,并将其转化为稳定、可复用的视觉体系

熟练使用 Figma、Illustrator、Photoshop 等设计工具

加分项

有平台型、内容型、泛娱乐或互联网公司品牌设计经验

有多品牌或子品牌视觉管理经验

能清晰表达设计逻辑与品牌视觉思考。
