Status: Part time, immediate start

Location: Tadmarton Heath Golf Club, Tadmarton Heath, Banbury OX15 5HL

Report To: Tom Gillett, Catering Manager

Hours: 30-36 hours per week

Across 7 days on a rota basis (hours to be discussed with candidates)


Salary: £13 per hour

Are you:

  • Like to work directly with a small team supporting the kitchen in running smoothly and being ready for service

  • Enjoy maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
  • Like to learn new skills as directed by the Chef
  • Like to support with food preparation when required


Do you:

  • Have catering experience?
  • Have a desire to learn new skills?
  • Have great attention to detail?
  • UK driving license?
  • Own a car, or be able to get a lift to work (this is essential as there is no public transport service locally due to rural location)
  • Right to work in the UK

If you have

Essential:

  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Ability to follow instructions and use initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team


Desirable:

  • Experience of Kitchen Hand work
  • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations within a similar hospitality environment
  • Food safety standards and food hygiene knowledge/ training/certificate
