Job Description
This role is based in our 240 Blackfriars, London, UK office.
The Change Communication and Reporting Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Transformation & Continuous Improvement Office (TCO) change management initiatives. Working closely with Senior Portfolio Change & Communications Manager they will play a key role facilitating change engagement, tracking and communicating key performance indicators, and reporting on transformational and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Communications
- Work collaboratively with the TCO and communications team to develop and distribute regular status updates
- Assist in developing change management and communication plans
- Support change engagement activities to drive adoption and minimize resistance
- Maintain and optimize existing communication channels to ensure effective information flow
- Support the organization of workshops, briefings, trainings and other engagement events
- Create engaging content that clearly communicates change initiatives, milestones, and successes
Reporting & Analytics
- Coordinate with data teams to collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track progress against strategic objectives
- Prepare regular status updates and progress reports for various stakeholders
- Support the creation of executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership
