Insurance Sales Executive

Are you hungry to make money in a youthful and vibrant sales team? We’re looking for hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated salespersons to join our growing team made up of sales executives and telemarketing executives based in our Reading offices.

Overall Objective

MotorEasy is the smart way to run your car founded in 2016. We are technology-lead home for all your motoring needs, from warranties and GAP Insurance to MOT's and servicing. We offer advice to nearly 1 million motorists nationwide and provide them competitive prices for the products and services we offer.

Your role includes:

  • Providing customers with information on insurance products.
  • Abiding to FCA regulations.
  • Effective use of a dialler system to make outbound calls.
  • Accepting inbound calls from lead generation team.
  • Making outbound calls to quote requests on the dialler.
  • To cross- & up-sell covers to existing members on renewal.
  • Effective closing sales at the target conversion rate.
  • Managing call backs to ensure customers are contacted at the requested time.
  • Delivering excellent customer service in a professional manner.
  • Working individually and as a team.
  • Having excellent spoken communication.
  • Abiding to GDPR.

Providing you are reliable, and dedicated to you role, you will open up the potential to earn commission with KPIs.

Salary:

  • £24,000-27,000 Per Annum Basic
  • £40-50,000 Achievable OTE

Hours:

Monday to Friday schedule

  • 9.30am-6pm
  • 1 x 10.30am-7pm per week

Saturday

  • Up to 2 a month (9.30am – 4pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
