  • Structure and place tailored aerospace insurance solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Engage with underwriters, negotiate terms and present client opportunities effectively to the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global aerospace clients, insurers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Independently lead client relationships while ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Support less experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in the broking or underwriting environments within the aviation or aerospace insurance sector.
  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to support and develop less experienced colleagues.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and remain effective in complex or uncertain situations.

What makes you stand out?

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
  • Confidence engaging with clients, colleagues, insurers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Why join our team?

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • You will work on complex and high-profile aerospace risks with clients and insurers across the global market.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your broking expertise, strengthen market relationships and build a long-term career in a specialist team.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have a positive impact for clients, colleagues and communities.
  • Our global scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, alongside benefits and rewards designed to support your well-being.
  • You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, commercial thinking, exceptional client service and continuous development.
