Full job description

Our new high-end Salon open in Taunton. Stunning interior, set in an 18th Century convent. The stone arches and chandeliers create a gorgeous ambient atmosphere for your clients.

We are looking for an experienced, self employed, Hair Stylist to join our team. This position involves cutting, colouring and styling hair for customers, following colouring and cut standards, and keeping the salon clean and tidy. The successful candidate will be able creative, skilled and able to deliver client satisfaction, and will require previous experience in the salon industry.

Exceptional comission and chair rental rates allowing you to really grow your own hair-styling business

Responsibilities:

  • Create a customer-specific haircut using clippers and scissors.
  • Be on time for work.
  • Be honest about customers' hair problems.
  • Know and use today's hair care products.
  • Be able to set appointments and keep records of customer contact information.
  • Communicate with customers using correct English and tact.
  • Recognise customer preferences, fashion, and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £1,000.00-£6,000.00 per month
