WJD Repairs is an established business located in Doncaster with a proven track record in the refurbished telecoms industry. We repair, retail and wholesale Smartphone’s covering the UK and Europe. We have been repairing mobile phones for the last 9 years.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and develop skills in testing and repairing iPhones, Samsungs, and iPads. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Assist in diagnosing hardware and software issues on iPhones, Samsungs, and iPads.

2. Support senior technicians in performing repairs and replacements on damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other internal parts.

3. Fully test phones to ensure proper functionality and diagnose any issues.

4. Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality after repairs are completed.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies and repair techniques.

6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements:**

1. No previous experience in mobile phone repair is required. Although a keen interest in electronics would be ideal.

2. Willingness to learn and develop proficiency in repairing iPhones, Samsungs, and iPads.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

4. Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.

This is a full time position. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
