Overview

We are a fast-growing AI startup based in Central London and are seeking a highly diligent and motivated Project Management Intern to support day-to-day project coordination as well as wider operations.

This is a full-time, in-office role suited to a recent graduate (or equivalent) who is organised, reliable, and eager to learn. No prior experience in project management or technology is required - full training will be provided, including hands-on use of modern AI tools.

This is a great opportunity for those keen to learn how to work in a fast-paced AI start-up environment. You will have hands-on experience working as part of our dynamic and highly skilled team with various software tools as well as close exposure to business operations facilitating your growth as a professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and tracking of internal projects.
  • Maintain task lists, schedules, and documentation.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist senior team members with operational and administrative tasks.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency (training provided).
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and dependable.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take instruction.
  • Comfortable working Monday–Friday, 9:30 - 5:30, in the office.
