Now, we’re inviting experienced Recruitment Consultants to join Global Medics Australia, also part of MGG Health - and take ownership of a locum desk in 2026.

Job offers would be dependent on eligibility to work in Australia and Visa requirements – such as eligibility for a Working Holiday Visa (WHV), with sponsorship opportunities down the track. Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, within Dr recruitment with a strong understanding of industry-specific talent needs and market dynamics.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of developing trusted partnerships across all levels of an organisation.
• Strategic business development capabilities, including identifying growth. opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored talent solutions.
• A results-driven mindset, focused on achieving high-quality placements that align with both candidate aspirations and organisational goals.
• Strong commitment to candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and respect.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment that values integrity, continuous improvement, and excellence in service delivery.
