Full job description

Chef de Partie at Tom Kerridge Restaurant

Kerridge's Kitchen

Our heart, head and hands play a part in everything we do. By caring about the art of hospitality and perfecting every detail, we work together to uplift the lives of others. There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of providing an unrivalled service that is greatly admired.

Kerridge’s Bar & Grill was the first London restaurant by Tom Kerridge and the Hand & Flowers team.

From Marlow we’ve brought much of our produce and inspiration to create wonderful dishes, and a relaxed and unstuffy eye for hospitality. All these have found a home in the extraordinary surroundings of Corinthia London.

If you are passionate about delivering an exquisite service within a 5-star environment, then we would like to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Under the guidance of Head Chef, Tom Childs, the Chefs de Partie will be responsible for the timely production and presentation of food in their section. As a Chef de Partie you will assist and deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence and support the development of more junior chefs.

  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Exceptional customer care skills
