Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Provide recovery-focused, person-centred care
• Administer and monitor medications safely
• Respond to acute mental health presentations and crises
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment planning and discharge coordination
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Support consumers, families, and carers throughout their recovery journey

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Minimum 2-3 years post-registration Mental Health Nursing experience in the UK / Irish Healthcare system
• Experience within inpatient, acute, community, crisis, or rehabilitation mental health settings
• Hold, or be eligible for, AHPRA registration
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
