Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Technology Leadership

  • Develop and execute a unified group-wide IT, digital, and AI strategy aligned with business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain full oversight and accountability for all technology systems across the group.
  • Standardize technology governance, architecture, documentation, and security policies.

Infrastructure, Systems & Operations

  • Oversee all hardware, computers, servers, networks, cloud environments, and data storage.
  • Manage telephone systems, VoIP platforms, call routing, integrations, and communications infrastructure.
  • Ensure uptime, redundancy, scalability, and disaster-recovery planning.

Applications, Websites & Digital Platforms

  • Own and manage all websites, web applications, mobile applications, and internal systems.
  • Lead development, scaling, and maintenance of TricoExam® and other SaaS platforms.
  • Ensure proper version control, vendor oversight, and lifecycle management of applications.

Cybersecurity, Compliance & Data Governance

  • Implement and enforce enterprise-level cybersecurity controls.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, data protection, and privacy regulations across jurisdictions (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, equivalent).
  • Oversee data governance, access controls, audit readiness, and incident response.

AI, Automation & Digital Innovation

  • Lead the integration of AI systems, automation tools, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Support clinical, operational, and commercial decision-making through technology.
  • Ensure AI tools are ethical, compliant, secure, and scalable.

Technology-Enabled Sales & Revenue Operations

  • Support sales, licensing, and subscription models for TricoExam and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee technology systems related to sales pipelines, CRM, billing, reporting, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to enable B2B vendor sales through technology.

Vendor, Budget & Team Management

  • Manage all IT vendors, developers, hosting providers, and service contracts.
  • Control and optimize IT budgets and technology ROI.
  • Lead internal IT, AI, and integration teams across the group.

Education & Professional Credentials (Mandatory)

Minimum Education Requirement

  • Master’s degree (mandatory) in one of the following:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
  • Cybersecurity
  • Health Informatics / Digital Health
  • Business Administration (MBA) with a Technology or Digital Transformation focus

Applicants without a Master’s degree will not be considered.

Professional Certifications (Required – Multi-Domain)

Candidates must hold multiple active certifications across several domains, demonstrating enterprise-level expertise.

Infrastructure & Cloud (Minimum 1–2)

  • AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
  • Microsoft Azure Architect / Administrator
  • Google Cloud Professional Architect
  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP or equivalent

Cybersecurity & Governance (Minimum 1)

  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
  • Healthcare data protection certifications (HIPAA/GDPR or equivalent)

AI, Systems & Digital Platforms (Minimum 1)

  • AI / Machine Learning certification
  • Health Informatics / Digital Health certification
  • SaaS architecture or systems integration certification
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-tenant applications

Leadership & Delivery (Minimum 1)

  • PMP
  • Agile / Scrum Master
  • ITIL v4
  • TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification

Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior IT leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing multi-company or group structures
  • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and cybersecurity
  • Experience supporting technology-driven sales or subscription platforms
  • Healthcare, regulated, or multi-jurisdiction experience strongly preferred

Authority & Accountability

  • Final authority over all technology decisions within the group
  • Budget ownership and vendor sign-off
  • Direct responsibility for technology performance, security, uptime, and scalability

Performance Expectations

  • Secure, stable, and scalable systems
  • Reduced operational friction through technology
  • Successful commercialization and scaling of TricoExam
  • Strong cybersecurity posture and compliance readiness
  • Clear documentation, governance, and reporting across all systems
