- Maintain strong feedback loops from live programmes to support continuous improvement in Pulsant’s design and delivery standards.
- Ensure all programmes deliver operationally ready environments with full documentation, testing, and training in place.
- Ensure compliance with Pulsant’s safety, resilience, and sustainability standards throughout delivery and handover.
- Establish consistent governance structures across the programme portfolio ensuring transparency, accountability, and control.
- Maintain a portfolio view of dependencies, risk, and resource demand.
- Provide concise, strategic reporting to senior leadership on progress, risk, and outcomes.
- Manage programme budgets, forecasts, and cost performance ensuring value for money and compliance with procurement standards.
- Lead and develop a small team of programme and project professionals fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Act as the single point of accountability for coordination between Operations, the Office of the CTO, Commercial, and external delivery partners.
