职责：
1.负责游戏运维体系建设，围绕大规模游戏集群与SLA落地、SRE实践;
2.建立并迭代运维SOP，落实PDCA闭环，持续提升稳定性与效率;
3.制定系统监控指标，调优运行性能和预警措施，持续提升问题发现和定位能力;
4.搭建运维体系，规范运维标准与流程，持续提升运维安全性，有效管控各类运维风险;
5.搭建和优化CI/CD 流水线，推动自动化部署和持续集成，后续实现降本增效;
6.管理运维团队,负责游戏项目基础设施的运营维护与公司其他团队业务实施协调等工作;
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，具有丰富的游戏运维和SRE经验;
2.8年以上系统运维经验，5年以上游戏项目运维经验,3年以上团队管理经验;
3.精通Linux系统管理，熟悉Nginx/MySQL/Redis等常用服务;
4.掌握Shell/Python脚本开发，有自动化运维平台建设经验优先;
5.深入了解云服务架构，具有丰富的云平台（AWS/阿里云/腾讯云/其他...）和CDN的管理经验;
6.熟练掌握主流数据库（MySQL/SQL Server）的配置管理、性能调优和数据安全管理;
7.具有优秀的责任心和执行力，有较强的独立分析问题和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通协调能力;
Responsibilities:
Responsible for building the game operations (Ops) system, focusing on large-scale game clusters, SLA implementation, and SRE practices;
Establish and iterate operational SOPs, implement the PDCA cycle, and continuously improve stability and efficiency;
Define system monitoring metrics, optimize performance and alert mechanisms, and continuously enhance issue detection and troubleshooting capabilities;
Build the operations framework, standardize Ops processes and guidelines, improve operational security, and effectively control various operational risks;
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, promote automated deployment and continuous integration, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvements;
Manage the operations team, oversee the infrastructure operations of game projects, and coordinate with other internal teams for business execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with extensive experience in game operations and SRE;
8+ years of system operations experience, 5+ years in game project operations, and 3+ years in team management;
Proficient in Linux system administration and familiar with common services such as Nginx/MySQL/Redis;
Skilled in Shell/Python scripting; experience with automated Ops platform development is a plus;
Strong understanding of cloud service architectures, with rich experience in managing cloud platforms (AWS/Alibaba Cloud/Tencent Cloud/others) and CDN services;
Proficient in configuration management, performance tuning, and data security management of mainstream databases (MySQL/SQL Server);
Strong sense of responsibility and execution, excellent independent problem-solving skills, and good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
