Full job description

Full time (37.5 hours per week), Full Year

We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced IT Support Technician to provide efficient and effective 1st line IT support to the Aldenham Foundation inclusive of hardware systems, software applications and all other computer related configurations.

Successful candidates should have proven experience in a customer-facing IT support role and relevant IT skills to ensure that the ICT systems across the foundation operate efficiently and effectively to serve the staff, pupils and learning needs of the school.

Effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team to resolve IT issues and a commitment to ensuring technical issues are completed in a timely manner are essential.

Closing date: Monday 5th January 2026, midday
