Job responsibilities

Mandatory

• Dealing with client queries around their business mainly Tax and Accounts
• Preparing Accounts up to Trial Balance Stage to be passed on to Accounts Finalisation Team
• Develop excellent relationship with clients
• Dealing with HMRC when required mainly to reconcile the Accounts or missing payments etc. Not required to deal with client investigations.
• Chase & Check Client Data for completeness
• Preparation & submission of VAT Returns

Not Mandatory but preferred. Full training and support to be provided

• Preparing client Self Assessments
• Preparation & submission of corporate Tax returns
• Dealing with Payroll & CIS
• Assisting with Accounts Finalisation
• Understanding client needs and introducing them to other teams mainly value added team for Eg Mortgage, Tax Investigation Cover, R&D claims, management Accounts. Ongoing training and support to be provided.
• Contract Revisions - Ability to Identify Bad client or non-profit making client
• Client Tax Review Meetings
• Good Knowledge of Money Laundering

Requirements:

· 2 years of experience working in accounts

· Should be able to communicate in Romanian and English language

· Latest knowledge of Tax Legislations and Accounting World

Job Types: Fulltime-time, Permanent

Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 18:00

Location: Harrow

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on the experience

Work Location: 5 days in the office, HA1 1LQ
