Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will manage various administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth communication and efficient day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process financial transactions using Sage 200 Accounting Software.
  • Monitor multiple email accounts, distribute incoming emails to relevant team members, and respond as needed.
  • Perform general office tasks, handle administrative requests, and manage various queries to support the overall operation.
  • Receive, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring they reach the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain courteous and professional internal and external communication.

Additional Duties:

This role may require the candidate to undertake other reasonable duties within their capabilities as directed by the Company to meet the business's needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Sage Accounting Software
  • Experience with CIS / DRC invoices
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Temporary Role – Maternity Cover

This position is offered as a temporary role to provide maternity cover, with an anticipated duration of 9-12 months. The role will conclude upon the return of the permanent team member, though any extension or further opportunities within the company may be evaluated based on business needs at that time.
