Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
- Salary is paid pro-rata

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the Group’s financial operations.
The Role
As Accounts Payable Officer, you will be a vital part of the finance function, ensuring that all supplier payments, budget controls and financial records are handled accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with colleagues across the Group and act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
This role entails, but is not limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner in line with internal controls
- Working with and checking budgets to ensure effective financial management and cost control
- Communicating professionally with customers, agencies and Councils via email and telephone
- Building strong working relationships with departments across various offices
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date and auditable records via client balance sheets
- Contributing to continuous improvement of finance processes and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
