Join Our Team as an Activities Care Assistant!
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 9:30am - 4:30pm
( 28 hours per week, job share option available)

We are a Day Club for people living with memory care needs. We believe in the power of kindness, understanding, and the simple joy of being present for one another in the journey of life. Our aim is to create meaningful and enjoyable experiences for our club members
Snapshot of Duties:
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities
- Provide support and assistance to members during activities and outings
- Encourage participation and social interaction among members
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all
- Assist with setup and clean-up of activity areas
- Support with meal times; providing encouragement and gentle prompting or assisted feeding where needed.
- Deliver personal care in the form of toileting support if required
