Full job description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Computerize and maintain accurate records of important company documents.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintain databases.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management systems.
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is preferred.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
