Force One Limited have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team, based in March, Cambridgeshire. This is a full-time office based position, 40hrs per week offering a varied and rewarding role within a fast-paced and expanding business and a competitive salary.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. You will support both management and employees working in the field, handling a wide range of administrative tasks across the organisation. As this role involves regular telephone and email communication, a high standard of customer service and a professional, personable manner are essential.
This is a general administrative role providing support to all departments within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective administrative support across all departments
- Manage telephone calls and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Assist the Transport, Logistics and Scheduling department with key administrative tasks
- Support the SHEQ department with administrative duties as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to a high standard
Role Requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional when dealing with internal and external contacts
Desirable (Not Essential)
Administrative experience within the construction industry.
