Job Description: Administration and Sales Assistant

Work Location: Mixture of working from home and on-site shifts at Primal Mvmnt Fitness & Nutrition Newton Abbot.

Salary: £11.44 Per Hour

Contract: Part Time Contract. 10 Hours per week.

Hours/Shifts: 10am-1pm Mon, 11-1pm Wed, 10am - 1pm Fri. 2 Hours on a weekend (flexi time).

Start Date: March 2024

We are looking for an Administration and Sales Assistant. This role is central to our team, requiring a warm, responsible, and proactive individual. You will work alongside our Customer Success Manager and Company Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

- Manage general office tasks.

- Handle daily, weekly and end-of-month reports and monitor failed payments.

- Update and manage memberships, inventory, and Google My Business and newsletter.

- Respond promptly to emails and messages, and triage and relay messages effectively.

- Support new staff induction, including uniform ordering and ID checks.

- Ensure compliance with First Aid, insurance, and certifications for all staff.

- Assist in social media content and scheduling management and client engagement initiatives.

Sales Responsibilities:

- Lead Management: Take charge of managing leads right from their initial interaction with our website/social media platforms, ensuring a seamless and efficient first point of contact.

- Proactive Outreach: Display promptness in reaching out to leads and prospects via phone calls. Focus on nurturing early-stage relationships and delivering a positive, memorable experience to each potential client.

- Messaging Platform Oversight: Diligently monitor and manage our messaging platform. This involves triaging incoming messages and providing timely, helpful, and warmly-toned responses to inquiries and concerns.

- Sales Targets & Appointments: Skilfully meet and exceed sales targets by effectively nurturing leads. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule sales appointments, playing a crucial role in the conversion process from prospect to client.

Experience/Skill Set Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.

- Outstanding telephone and email manner.

- Strong verbal and non-verbal interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs and social media platforms.

- Strong team player with a help-first willingness.

- Ability to problem-solve in high-demand situations and work independently within the company's values and vision.

- Driving licence desirable due to on site shift patterns. Not essential.
