Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Aftersales Administrator to join our team in providing efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in data entry, clerical tasks, and office organisation.
Duties:
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Utilise Microsoft Packages and Google Suite for various administrative tasks
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency in office procedures and computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite is advantageous
