Administrator (Part-Time)
Roman’s Community, Keychange
Monday to Friday | 9:00am–2:00pm
£12.36 per hour
Permanent | 25 hours per week

Keychange Charity’s Roman’s Community is looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is more than just a desk job – it's an opportunity to make a genuine difference every day within a compassionate Christian care home setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this varied and people-focused role, you will:

  • Greet visitors, manage calls, and be a friendly first point of contact
  • Maintain and update the activity calendar and coordinate events
  • Prepare newsletters and internal communications
  • Support the onboarding of new staff with essential paperwork
  • Liaise with external contractors and manage maintenance schedules
  • Book and coordinate visiting professionals such as hairdressers and chiropodists
  • Assist with diary management and bookings for the team
  • Keep resident and staff files accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with the Community Manager and Head of Care to support the smooth running of the home

What We’re Looking For

  • Have strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, email, data entry)
  • Communicate clearly in person and in writing
  • Are comfortable working in a care home environment
