MAR Facilities Management has been a leading supplier of facilities support services across London, the Thames Valley and the wider South Eastern region for over 30 years now.

Cleaning Services, Manned Guarding, Buildings Maintenance – it’s all in a day’s work for us and whilst our organic growth has enabled us to steadily expand both our range of services and our client base over the years, we’re now on the cusp of the next stage of our ambitious business development and we’d like you to play a key role in being a part of that growth.

Are you an experienced Area Manager who has worked in supervisory roles, successfully managing relationships with employees and clients? Are you passionate about delivering a quality service in a fast paced, ever changing environment?

We are extremely due to the expansion of our client portfolio we are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and flexible individual, who will embrace our values and deliver an outstanding service to a wide portfolio of clients.

This position involves visiting sites across the Thames Valley area, so flexibility with travel and evening work is required.

· Salary from £32,000 - 35,000 depending on experience.

· Experienced in facilities especially cleaning is essential for this role

· Medical, Life Insurance and Perkbox after successful probation

· It is essential that you have a full clean driving license as you will be responsible for a portfolio covering the Thames Valley area (15 - 25 contracts)

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
