We are looking for someone to join our small kitchen team at Snoozzze Coffee.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on kitchen environment and is interested in asian-style baking and food production. You will be involved in the day-to-day preparation and production of our breads, cakes, and bakes alongside a small and supportive team.

Working Hours

• Approx. 36 hours per week
• Must be consistently available for morning shifts starting from 6:30am

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily kitchen production and prep, following recipes and SOPs to ensure consistent quality
• Prepare and bake a range of breads, bakes and cakes
• Assist with assembly, finishing, and day-to-day food production
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, including all tools and equipment, while following food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely daily production
• Assist with stock organisation and proper ingredient storage
• Support the development of new menu items and seasonal specials

Requirements

• Basic cooking or baking knowledge
• Previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food production environment is preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to follow recipes and work independently during busy mornings
• Comfortable working in a small team environment with a strong sense of responsibility
• Physically comfortable with active kitchen work and early morning shifts
• Passion for quality food and attention to detail

Snoozzze Coffee is an independent specialty coffee shop in Farringdon focused on Asian-inspired breads, cakes, bakes, and quality coffee.

We care deeply about quality, creativity, and creating a warm and welcoming environment — both for our customers and our team. Majority of our food is now made in-house daily, and we are looking for someone to grow with our kitchen team.
