We are looking for an Assistant General Manager with the drive to develop into a General Manager within 18 months.

We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, motivation and lots of ideas!

If this is you, then here is some more information about the role:

Within this role you will be responsible for the operation of Tramps or Velvet Nightclub and also at times be involved in running our sister venue Mode Sports Bar which is part of the same complex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop within the industry and learn within a well-established business with nearly 30 years of history within Worcester.

Examples of our events include: club nights, live pa's, comedy, student nights, live sporting events, external promoter events, private parties.

This is an exciting time of year to be joining the team due to the upcoming Euro's and there is a great opportunity to maximise our large city center garden. We will then be moving onto planning for Freshers week 24. It's an exciting time of year.

We have hosted stars from Snoop Dogg to Jason Derulo and most recently Bastille.
This job will never be boring!

Key roles:

  • Responsibility for delivering high standards of service throughout the complex across both nightclub venue's and Mode Sports Bar with high standards and expectations for front facing staff.
  • Being involved in creating events and the marketing of those events.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of bars / utilities and the internal areas of the venue.
  • Building a support team of staff to reinforce your mission statement of what a Tramps nightclub employee should be and what a Tramps customer should expect.
  • Driving sales with ideas for events / promotions etc.
  • Stock management and rotation
  • Create incentives for staff to motivate and increase enjoyment along with improving staff retention

Must have:

  • Prior experience of working within a high-volume service environment
  • Staff training and management experience - Minimum 3 years
  • Evidence of previous staff training plan and development
  • Personality
  • Internal drive for high standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
