OVERVIEW
Eclipse Global is an industry leader in live event production, where we craft unforgettable experiences for clients through our cutting-edge audio-visual solutions. Our dedicated team of professionals brings exceptional events to life in all scales and formats. Currently, we're seeking an organised and detail-oriented Audio-Visual Technician to join our team and help us streamline our event preparation process.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work closely with the Sales, Events, and Partnerships Teams to provide Audio Visual services and support for events including conferences, exhibitions, dinners, suite meetings, partnership events, hospitality, entertainment and tours.
· Attend event meetings with internal and external event organisers to understand requirements, provide technology solutions and advise on best practices.
· Work with inhouse and external production companies to plan events utilising 3rd party and venue owned equipment.
· Take ownership of AV technology services for events, ensure event organisers requirements are met and AV services are successfully delivered to a high standard.
· Create event planning processes to ensure that all event related meetings and correspondence is documented and agreed.
· Create, document and carryout pre-event check procedures for all events.
· Run AV technology at events including pre-event set up / testing, event support and the pack up of all equipment.
· Provide training to events assistants and hospitality teams.
· Provide AV support in meeting rooms.
· Carry out any other duties as may be requested by the line manager within the scope of the role.
Experience Required:
· Experience of working in a live events environment (technical and coordination)
· Ability to fault find and resolve technical issues in time sensitive high-pressure situations
· Ability to prioritise requests from multiple stakeholders.
· Ability to plan multiple events at the same time, whilst keeping event documentation up to date throughout the planning process.
