Job Summary

Join our small but mighty artisan bakery in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes as our Lead Baker.

We’re at the exciting start of our new journey, refocusing our specialism in sourdough and handmade breads, with big growth plans including moving to a new unit.

You’ll have creative freedom, to help shape our bread and pastry range (including seasonal bakes), and lead a passionate team in a bakery that truly values craft and community.

Experience in Sourdough production essential - Viennoiserie a bonus.

Hours
Full-time 37.5hrs per week - Expected Shift Pattern (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 4am – 12:00 noon)
