Barista

Want to learn the art of coffee, exceptional customer service, and how to give an award winning smile? Well, then you might just be in the right place!

We are looking for our next barista/s to work at our Folkestone Outlets to help serve our customers in the legendary 'HatHats' way.

The important bits you'll need to know...

• Your location of work will be HatHats Radnor Park and HatHats Folkestone Leas Coastal Park, located in the Folkestone lower leas country park (next to the play park)
• You will be employed on a 0 hour contract. Shifts will predominantly be weekends, but we would require you to have some weekday availability (your availability can be discussed at interview stage).
• Your hourly wage will be dependent on your age.
• Full barista training will be provided to make drinks the 'HatHats' way, regardless of prior experience.

Who is it you’ll be working for...

HatHats Coffee Company was founded by serial entrepreneur Louis Hurst and his wife Lisa, in 2015. HatHats Coffee Company has grown a lot since its start-up days in a vintage Citroen van (‘Hattie’), with there now being multiple sites across East Kent. We are currently planning our next phase of development, as we open more sites and expand our venues and commercial offer.

In-depths of the job...

Your responsibilities as a barista will include:

• Making and serving our hand-crafted drinks
• Clearing and cleaning tables
• Front of house customer service
• Till operation
• Re-stocking products, ensuring that all items are on display correctly
• Ice cream sales on the ice cream bike (within the perimeter of the outlet)
• Producing and submitting content for the HatHats vlog

Pay: £8.46-£13.60 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 15 per week
