We’re looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and personable individuals to join our café team in barista and front of house roles. These are key positions within our store, often the very first point of contact for our customers - so the energy, warmth and experience you create really does set the tone.

We are currently recruiting for a mix of:

• Experienced Senior Barista
• Barista/Kitchen Assistant

Our St Annes store has been open for two years and continues to grow in popularity. Around 18 months ago, we introduced our in-store café, which has quickly become a much-loved part of the store, bringing in new customers while giving our regulars another reason to visit and stay a little longer.

We serve excellent coffee (thanks to our brilliant North-West roastery partners), alongside a selection of cakes and pastries. With plans to introduce a fresh light lunch offering this summer, it’s an exciting time to join us and we’re looking for people who want to be part of shaping that and bringing great ideas to the table.

You’ll:

• Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold drinks
• Take orders and manage both card and cash transactions
• Deliver friendly, confident and attentive customer service
• Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the café
• Work efficiently during busy periods, multitasking and prioritising effectively
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Support the wider team with a range of tasks, including clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and assisting with basic kitchen or back-of-house duties when needed

Barista experience is essential for more senior roles. For part-time or weekend roles, we’re happy to provide training if you bring the right attitude, attributes and enthusiasm.

A basic understanding of food hygiene and safety is desirable, and we can support you with training if needed.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is important.

Hours & Pay

We have a range of roles available, including:

• Part-time and full-time positions (approx. 3–4 days per week)
• Weekend roles (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Typical shifts are 4–5 hours, usually between the hours of 10am–4pm (with some flexibility)

Pay:
Starting at £12.71 per hour, commensurate to experience
