Full job description
*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper & Accountant ( ACCA Certified) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing invoices. *Duties* - Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process - Reconcile entries and maintain accurate financial records - Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks - Prepare financial statements and reports for review - Assist with budget preparation and monitoring - Manage payroll functions and ensure compliance with relevant laws - Support audits by providing necessary financial information *Qualifications* - Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks - Solid understanding of basic accounting principles - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - Strong data entry skills - Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially If you meet these requirements and are looking to contribute your expertise to a dynamic team, we welcome your application for the Bookkeeper position.
