Branch Manager

Teamframes Ltd is a well-established and rapidly growing company forming part of the Whiteline Group. We are looking for an experienced and confident Branch Manager to lead our Tunbridge Wells branch — one of our original branches, proudly serving the trade since opening in 2011.

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving success in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Trade Counter Branch Manager to take the reins at our Tunbridge Wells branch and lead an established team to even greater success.

You will have demonstrated sales experience, and knowledge of the building or glazing industry would be a distinct advantage. We're looking for someone who can inspire a team, manage day-to-day operations with confidence, and drive growth by delivering outstanding service to our trade customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the overall operation of the trade counter branch, setting and executing strategic goals to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Empowerment: Motivate, mentor, and lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by overseeing efficient service delivery, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control measures, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demands.
