Junior Brunch Chef – Join Our Kitchen Crew!

We’re looking for a passionate Junior Brunch Chef to bring great energy, fresh ideas, and delicious food to our busy café kitchen. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef, Senior Chef, and Café Manager to help deliver top-quality brunch dishes and keep our kitchen running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Cook our signature brunch dishes to order and prep ingredients for the daily menu
• Work side‑by‑side with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver a seamless service
• Prepare deli items including sandwiches, toasties, baguettes, and sausage rolls
• Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning routines
• Keep on top of stock and place orders at the correct levels
• Confidently answer questions about ingredients and allergens

Our kitchen is open 7:00–3:00 daily, with shifts typically running 6:30–4:00 — no split shifts!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
