Working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm - 37.5 hours per week

Job Summary
This apprenticeship will mainly consist of assisting our very busy Service department dealing with scheduling maintenance and arranging call outs. As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Duties
- Answer service calls and log onto FieldMotion
- Arrange service calls and call outs to engineers.
- Log movements of engineers and record in daily diary.
- Input engineer’s worksheets onto Alarm Master System, both maintenance and chargeable calls.
- Invoicing.
- Order materials/stock.
- Input new contracts onto FieldMotion.
- Keep alarm master system updated.
- File engineers work sheets and service records.
- Email queries.
- Telephone queries.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.

In order to meet the eligibility criteria for an Apprenticeship in England, you must be able to demonstrate at least three years UK residency, or hold a valid visa that meets the exceptions to this rule.
Please note, as part of the Initial Assessment process, all qualifications will be verified by the Learning Records Service (LRS) via Department for Education
