TopTrade Print is the trade division of AdgiftDiscounts Ltd, specialising in high-quality printing and embroidery solutions for trade customers and resellers. Since 2004 our team has brought deep knowledge and expertise across the print and embroidery sector. We’re proud of our PDQ Promise – Price, Quality, Delivery. From garments and promotional merchandise to bespoke print projects, if it can be printed or embroidered, we deliver it to the highest standard. About the Role. We’re looking for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Executive to help grow our trade customer base and strengthen existing relationships. This is a proactive, phone-led role focused on outbound outreach, lead generation, and account development within the print and embroidery market. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, re-engaging dormant accounts, and promoting our full range of services to resellers and trade customers. Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) and Part-Time Roles Available. This is an in person position

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new trade and reseller accounts.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and nurture leads through to conversion.
  • Liaise with clients and production to confirm specifications, pricing, and timelines
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable print and embroidery solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate wordpress and customer records.
  • Work closely with production and admin teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed jobs.
  • Support account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, telesales, or account management (preferred)
  • Experience in print, embroidery, promotional merchandise, or B2B sales (advantageous)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Wordpress )
  • Experience with WordPress or QuickBooks is a bonus.
