ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Business Development Team as a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and identifying key decision makers through cold calling and networking as well as managing existing customer accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively prospecting and identifying key decision makers through cold calling and networking.

  • Contact new business, self generation of new business opportunities relevant to our Complete Kitchens solutions.
  • Following up on customer call backs.
  • Management of qualified customer appointments and visits for Area Sales Managers.
  • Respond to and follow up on inbound sales enquiries and maintain pipeline.
  • Be commercially aware of competitors.
  • Work closely with Business Development Manager with high level handover of qualified leads.
  • Any other duties and reasonable tasks within your capability as set out by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Essential:

  • GSCE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Grade C or above
  • Telesales, Outbound or Business Development experience.
  • Previous experience of KPI-focused sales role.
  • Demonstrable experience of closing new business opportunities on the phone.
  • The resilience and drive to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Willingness to learn about call techniques, our products, and services.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and goal driven.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Previous Ability to read from technical plans/drawings
