CCTV Monitoring Limited are a leading provider of bespoke CCTV and Access Control Solutions to the UK Construction Industry. Established in 2005, they have become experts in their sector and have earned a reputation for providing excellent customer focused service to a nationwide customer base.

Using the latest cutting-edge technology, they supply bespoke monitored CCTV and Access Control solutions to a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on construction.

The products and service offered are second to none. They now need a driven and talented individual capable of managing and developing both new and existing clients.

The Candidate.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of two or more years in a face-to-face direct field sales role. They will possess the ability to generate calls / appointments / cold call / establish a pipeline, meet and exceed targets.

They will be highly motivated, able to communicate at all levels and have a strong desire to succeed. They will have a proven sales driven attitude with a no fear attitude to cold calling, both on the phone and face to face. They will possess emotional intelligence, with the ability to present / pitch / negotiate and close.

Experience of selling into the Main Contractor Construction market is ideal but not essential. Having a solid understanding of the technical aspects of remotely monitored CCTV Systems is also ideal but not essential as full training will be given.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Selling monitored CCTV systems and Access Control Solutions to Main Contractors within the Construction Industry.
  • Develop long term relationships with new and existing clients in the UK.
  • Visiting customer sites to perform site surveys.
  • Management of pipeline to include weekly / monthly forecasts.
  • Resurrect historic lapsed accounts.
  • Regular tele-sales to generate appointments.
  • Cold calling on construction sites to generate interest.
  • Providing quotations to new and existing customers.
  • Updating CRM system.
  • Achieve targets as agreed with the Sales Director and Managing Director.

This position is not dependent on the geographical residence of the candidate.


Excellent package and exclusive use of company car.

Full training and support with technical aspect of CCTV and Access Control.

Formal interviews will be conducted by the Managing Director.

On Target Earnings Year One 38 k.

Basic Salary £37 440.00 (£18.00 per hour, 40 hour week.) Plus commission, OTE £56 k.

Commission based on 2% of sale value.

Office and homeworking combined and flexible.


Full driving license.

Experience of direct face to face sales into tier one main contractors in construction.

Experience of telesales and / or cold calling.
