Location: Stone, Staffordshire (Office Based)
Department: AMG Medico Legal
Reports to: Legal Services Manager

Hours: Full Time 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Depending on Experience

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organised individual to join our expanding team at AMG Medico Legal Services.

You will play a key part in promoting our business, to ensure that we continue to develop and maintain relationships with our existing client base.

To ensure that we continue to deliver our service excellence, you will support with the Recruitment, Compliance and reporting functions, within our expert witness services, as well regularly liaising with both clinicians and legal professionals.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Supporting business development through social media platforms, website maintenance, and digital marketing.
  • Assisting with the coordination of medico legal training sessions and masterclass events.
  • Managing elements of recruitment and compliance, including onboarding and staff file management.
  • Producing monthly reports and analysing enquiry/sales data to support service improvement.
  • Liaising with clients and expert witnesses to build and maintain strong working relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • A proactive, professional, and team-focused mindset
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage and analyse data
  • Motivated and Versatile individual, with a passion for service excellence
  • Confident Microsoft Office Package user, especially on Excel, Word and Office 365 is essential
  • Previous experience in a legal, medical, or compliance-based environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Familiarity with Canva or CRM/database systems such as ACCESS (advantageous)
