We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as a Business Development Representative

We are looking to recruit a full time Business Development Representative who will be based in our office in Connah’s Quay. This is a key role within our sales team. A proven, strong background in sales and customer service is an essential requirement for this position. Previous experience in the Fire and Security Systems industry is helpful. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years in a similar sales role.

You will be reliable and need to demonstrate your enthusiasm, self-motivation, and communication skills within the sales environment. You will need to have the ability to work to targets, commission will be paid based on you achieving a set target each month. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team is crucial to this role.

Duties to include but not limited to: –

· Finding new sales leads through cold calling, networking and social media.

· Contacting existing and new customers to create new leads.

· Communicate with customers before and after sales.

· Visiting residential and commercial sites to create leads and to provide quotes.

· Prepare quotes and walk the customer through the process.

· Maintain and in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.

· Exceed monthly sales targets.

· Excellent time management and organisation skills.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports.

· Knowledge of the Fire and Security Systems Industry.
