Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our small friendly team on Sunday's as a Cafe Assistant in our Cafe. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
• Restock inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Previous experience as a barista is desired, but training can be provided
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
