Here at Kare Plus we are looking for passionate individuals who are wanting to provide care and support to individuals within their own homes. No experience is required as training is provided, we just ask that you have the passion, enthusiasm, and drive to want to be able to make a difference to someone's everyday life. Due to the nature of the job, applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.

We will consider sponsorship for those candidates that are currently in the UK as a legal resident with a Right-to-Work Share Code, however the probation period applies. Each staff member is then assessed on their work during the probation period to decide if you are a suitable candidate for sponsorship. We only offer undefined sponsorships - those are for people that are already legally in the UK and lawfully able to apply under the skilled worker route.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behaviour
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:

• UK residency and right to work
• Flexibility and a good command of the English Language
