As part of our expanding food team, we’re looking for a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie to lead our breakfast and lunch service at our Stratford location. If you're passionate about fresh ingredients, quality cooking, and working in a fast-paced kitchen, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Set up and maintain kitchen stations with all necessary mise en place (MEP), supported by our on-site Central Production Unit (CPU).
• Execute Qima Café’s recipes and presentation standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages for timely reordering.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for well-executed, flavourful food and attention to detail.

What You’ll Get

Pay & Compensation

• £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Paid overtime for additional hours worked

Working Hours

• Full-time, 5 days per week
• 2 days off weekly
• Shifts between Monday and Sunday
• Flexible Rotas
